Sardi’s Pollo A La Brasa: Experience Authentic Peruvian Flavors

I placed an online order today, and as soon as I walked into the Sardi’s Laurel location, I was immediately greeted by the cashier. She was a taller Hispanic woman, fair-skinned with green eyes, I think she said her name was Reina and she was genuinely so kind from the start. She quickly grabbed my order, bagged everything neatly, and made small talk with me while she worked. Honestly, I was having a pretty rough day, and just chatting with her really lifted my mood—she even made me laugh. Her customer service was outstanding, she made me feel welcomed! She made sure all the utensils and sauces were included, which I really appreciated. She also convinced me to grab dessert, in addition to the tres leches I was thinking to get she recommended the alfajores. I had never tried them before, but at that price I figured, why not? OMG, she was not lying—they were sooo good! I definitely recommend trying them!!! I came in for an online order and ended up making a second purchase just for desserts haha and it was totally worth it. Sardi’s truly made my day better. A special thank you to the cashier—she was incredibly sweet and provided amazing customer service. This is exactly why I’ll continue coming back to the Laurel location! Also the place was clean! They were sweeping the floors when I got there and you can tell they try cleaning up well.

If you want to have the best Ceviche in the DMV, This is the best place. Fresh and great taste. Jamid always very polite and great customee service.

I travel alot for work and so I am in different locations often. I have had an opportunity to try just about every Sardi's in Maryland. And among all those, I like this location in Laurel the best so far and I visit this one the most often. I would rank it right up there with the original location in Beltsville. The staff is very friendly, the quality of food is very good and the service is excellent. This location absolutely contributes to Sardi's rise in popularity in the past couple of years.

I had such a great experience at Sardis! The customer service was amazing—everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The food was super fresh and delicious. I especially appreciated the cashier, who went out of his way to tell me about their rewards app and even waited while I downloaded it and made an account so I could get points for that day. That level of care really stood out. I’ll definitely be back!

We came out to see if this was the place my job had for lunch. Immediately we were greeted by the hostess at the front door. He didn’t proceeded to give us a menu and explain everything here he knew that it was our first time which was awesome that he picked up on that has been in customer service then we put our order in with him. We had the hostess that came to table and gave us our food. Her name was Rena. The food was a 10 out of 10 I highly recommend the customer service was a 10 out of 10 I highly recommend and the music was a vibe

Had some amazing service from Jamid! I always come here, it’s one of my favorite go to spots. It’s Healthier than McDonald’s and certainly cheaper lol. I always get the whole chicken special with two sides. Comes out to about $8.50 per quarter chicken a head for premium chicken with delicious sides. I’m always in and out in less than 5 mins, even during rush hour. They keep the place really clean and the staff are always friendly. Huge shoutout to Jamid and the team! 10/10 would definitely recommend

The food was good overall. I ordered the 3-piece dark meat with Brussels sprouts and carrots, fried plantains, and a steak empanada for pickup. Everything was flavorful and I was satisfied with the meal. I also added the strawberry shortcake — the cake was a little dry, but everything else was great. Pickup service was smooth and I was taken care of quickly.

Stopped by for lunch and was genuinely impressed. The roasted chicken with plantains and Brussels sprouts was delicious, perfectly seasoned, and a great value for the portion size. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service from William at the cashier. He’s a sharp-looking guy with the most genuine, captivating smile that instantly makes you feel welcome and sets a great vibe for the whole place. It’s rare to get both excellent food and that kind of warm hospitality in one spot. Highly recommend checking it out.
